Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unused sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains in resellable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
